Share capital and voting rights: As at 25 February 2010 (the latest practicable date prior to the publication of the 2010 AGM circular) the company's issued share capital, including treasury shares, consisted of 933,791,585 ordinary shares of 28 1/3p ('shares') and 31,760,568 shares were held in treasury, the voting rights of which were automatically suspended. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the company as at 25 February 2010 was 902,031,017.
